Living an eco-friendly life and incorporating personal development will in turn lead to a healthier body. Here you’ll find new workouts to try, inspiration, tips for healthy eating, ways to live a greener life, challenges, fitness tricks, new ways of thinking, encouragement and more. I’m a professional writer and editor with a passion for health and fitness. My articles have been published in national magazines and on the Web. I’m also certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
While I’m not a marathon runner and I don’t follow a strict organic diet, I am obsessed with reading all the latest health news and I’m a gym junkie. I live in New York City so as you can probably imagine, I’m spoiled by amazing instructors and cutting edge classes. I’ll try any fitness class or fad once, though if it doesn’t kick my butt, I won’t be back!
I created JivaFit because I want a place to share my fitness experiences, explore health topics and inspire others with what inspires me. Most importantly, JivaFit allows me to do what I love every single day.
